Maven Market is a full-service branding, web design, and marketing agency, home of Maven Haven, the first-of-its-kind mobile content production studio. We provide content production, branding, marketing, and related creative services to brands, creators, and organizations.

4. Payment

Fees for services are stated in your booking or membership agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified in that agreement. We may use third-party payment processors, and your use of those services is subject to their terms.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number and verbally consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Maven Market containing event announcements and studio updates. Message frequency varies. We will not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the Maven Market and Maven Haven names and branding, is owned by or licensed to Maven Market and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content we produce for a client is governed by the ownership and licensing terms in that client's engagement agreement.

7. Client Content and Permissions

When we produce content for you, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you provide to us, including logos, footage, music, and likenesses of individuals appearing in your content. You grant us the permissions necessary to perform the services. Unless otherwise agreed, we may display finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
